Alejandro Associates LLC ("we," "us," "our") is the insurance practice of Danilo Alejandro Williams, a licensed insurance agent based in Marietta, Georgia, serving all 50 states. 1. Definitions

• Language preference, so we can serve you in English or Spanish.
• Technical data: device, browser, pages visited, and similar signals needed to operate the website.

3. Where It Comes From

Directly from you through the forms on this website, calls, texts, WhatsApp messages, and meetings; from insurance carriers and enrollment platforms during an application; and automatically through cookies and similar technology when you browse this site.

4. How We Use It

• To provide quotes, compare plans, complete enrollments, and service policies.
• To respond to inquiries and schedule appointments.
• To send service communications and, only if you tick the separate marketing consent box on one of our forms, marketing emails and marketing text messages about special offers, enrollment period reminders, and new plan and product announcements.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information with insurance carriers, the Health Insurance Marketplace, and enrollment platforms to obtain quotes and place coverage, and with service providers such as website hosting and secure form processing vendors who handle it on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information. Information you provide is used by Alejandro Associates LLC to search applications and determine eligibility and enrollment, and is not disseminated to any third party without prior consent except as described here.

6. Text Messaging (SMS), Marketing Communications, and Email

Text messages are sent by Alejandro Associates LLC from a standard 10 digit local phone number, not a short code. You receive them only if you tick one or both of the optional consent boxes on one of our forms. Two separate consent categories are offered, and each has its own checkbox: non-marketing text messages covering appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, quote and enrollment follow-ups, and account and service updates, and marketing text messages about special offers, enrollment period reminders, and new plan and product announcements. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Marketing text messages are sent only to people who tick the separate marketing consent box. Ticking the non-marketing box alone never enrolls you in marketing text messages, and leaving both boxes unticked means we send you no text messages at all.

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time; you may receive a single confirmation message of your opt out. Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (678) 399-0916. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you tick either consent box we record the phone number and, for marketing consent, the email address you gave us, the date and time of your consent, the page you submitted from, and the version of the consent wording you saw. That record is kept as proof of consent for as long as the law and our insurance record keeping obligations require.

The marketing consent box also covers marketing emails from Alejandro Associates LLC about the same topics. Every marketing email identifies Alejandro Associates LLC as the sender, includes our postal address, and includes an unsubscribe link that stops marketing emails immediately. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop the service emails we send about a quote, application, appointment, or policy you asked us about.

Separately from the text messaging program above, when you submit a form or contact us we may reply by phone call, email, or WhatsApp about your inquiry. 7. Cookies and Tracking

We use only the technology needed to operate and secure the website and remember preferences such as your language choice. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used in aggregate, with IP addresses anonymized; it does not identify you personally. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

8. Security

Forms submit over encrypted connections and lead information is stored in access controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we would want ours treated.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal and insurance record keeping obligations, and to resolve disputes.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information and to limit certain uses. To exercise any of these, call (678) 399-0916 or send a request through the contact form. We respond to verified requests within the time required by law.

11. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Dependent information supplied by a parent or guardian for insurance purposes is used only for those services.
