4. Website Use and Availability

The website is provided for your personal, non commercial use. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

5. Intended Use

Content here is general information about insurance products. It is not individualized financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, and it is not an offer of coverage. Plan availability and benefits vary by state and carrier.

6. No Guarantee of Coverage or Results

Submission of information through the website does not guarantee approval, coverage, pricing, or issuance. All insurance is subject to carrier underwriting, eligibility, and policy terms.

7. Text Messaging (SMS), Marketing Communications, and Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and ticking one or both of the optional consent boxes on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Alejandro Associates LLC. Messages are sent from a standard 10 digit local phone number, not a short code. Two consent categories are offered, each with its own separate checkbox: non-marketing text messages covering appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, quote and enrollment follow-ups, and account and service updates, and marketing text messages about special offers, enrollment period reminders, and new plan and product announcements. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Marketing text messages are sent only to people who tick the separate marketing consent box; the non-marketing box never enrolls you in marketing messages. The marketing consent box also covers marketing emails from Alejandro Associates LLC about the same topics, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and rejoin at any time by replying START or UNSTOP. Reply HELP for assistance, or call (678) 399-0916. We may send a single confirmation message after you opt in or opt out, as required for compliance and recordkeeping. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How your consent and phone number are collected, recorded, and retained is described in our Privacy Policy. Phone calls, email, and WhatsApp messages about your inquiry are separate from the text messaging program described here.

Any claim arising from use of this website must be filed within one year after it arises, or be permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding website use.

19. Insurance Disclosure

Danilo Alejandro Williams is an independent licensed insurance agent. Quotes compare products from multiple carriers; guarantees are backed by the issuing insurance company. Life insurance benefit payments are generally income tax free to beneficiaries; consult a tax professional about your specific situation. Alejandro Associates LLC is an independent insurance agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, or the Health Insurance Marketplace. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area.
